FOUNDER & CEO

Chris is a pioneer in the wireless communication industry with over 20 years dedicated to the adoption of wireless technologies throughout all industries ranging from cellular payment processing to the creation of cellular routers and GPS monitoring devices.

Chris grew his passion for wireless communications while serving as an air traffic controller in the US Navy onboard the USS Midway and USS Kitty Hawk.  After proudly serving his country, he took his experience and began to carve out a future in cellular communications with sales, business development and channel development roles at Novatel Wireless, Motorola (now Telit), Wavecom and CalAmp Wireless Networks. Prior to DCS, Chris was instrumental in developing NexAria’s wireless strategy positioning NexAira as the premier device manufacturer for rural cellular networks and Mobile Virtual Network Operators in North America.

Chris is dedicated to removing the complexities from IoT solutions, building a company whose focus is on deploying end-to-end solutions, while reducing the number of companies it takes to create them. His intuition and industry experience have evolved DCS from a cellular modem distribution company into a solutions integrator which cellular networks lean on for its business solutions.

Chris spends most weekends at the sports park with his four children. When he has time, you may catch him on a golf course or doing R&D for BrewSee.

Chief Financial Officer

As CFO, Rich is an integral part of our executive team. Rich has negotiated licensing agreements, structured financing terms, prepared audited financial reports, and been a key business strategist as part of management teams.

Rich has over 20 years of accounting, finance and transaction experience.  He was instrumental in raising over $300 million in capital for both public and private companies in the life sciences and technology industries.

Originally from Chicago, Rich has now lived in San Diego for over 25 years. He enjoys traveling and camping with his wife and two children.

Chief Operations Officer

As COO Dave is responsible for the daily operations of DCS. With experience as a former business owner, Dave brings extensive knowledge of the inner workings of a business. He helps across all departments to bring consistency and fluidity in how we operate.

Involved in each department, Dave ensures we follow specific processes, while adjusting and making improvements as it pertains to the products or business solutions we sell. He continuously strives to streamline procedures to ensure success and efficiency for the company. As our MVP Dave is ever-reliable to fix anything. For him, success for DCS, means success for our partners.

Hailed from Regina, Saskatchewan, Dave enjoys life in San Diego with his wife and two kids. With the background as an ivy league captain of a division one hockey team, Dave inspires the same love for the rink in his son.

Chief Technology Officer

As CTO, Eric leads his team of engineers and drives the technical direction for the company. Joining DCS in 2014, he quickly became a key component in developing new solutions to cater to the ever-changing needs of the market.  

Working with sales, Eric evaluates technical needs, assesses risk, and qualifies engineering support for the scope of a project to assure profitability. He strives to continue to expand DCS into untapped verticals.

Eric lives with his wife, Paige and two dogs; Oliver and Coco. Ever learning and exploring, he hopes to next travel to Santorini, Greece.

Executive Vice President of Business Development

As E.V.P. of Business Development Mike aids in building the image and reputation of DCS within the tech industry. With nearly 20 years of sales leadership experience and a Bachelors of Science in Information Technology, He brings creativity, professionalism, and divergent thinking into each opportunity for growth. 

Focusing on DCS’s emerging services that answer the needs of businesses, Mike communicates with the team how we can continue to help solve business problems with our solutions. He hopes to grow our business solutions portfolio into more markets as we work to simplify the vast and dynamic world of IoT.

Prior to joining DCS, Mike held senior sales positions at Kyocera Wireless, Wavecom, Metrum Technologies, and NexAira. Mike is a Navy combat veteran of 4 years and served during Operation Desert Storm. He now focuses on inspiring his kids with adventure and love for the outdoors with frequent trips to Zion and the beach. He resides in San Diego’s beautiful back country with his wife and three children.

The DCS headquarters is located in one of San Diego's technology-infused business parks. Our growth has allowed us to expand to another floor with engineering as a large emphasis in the company. We strive to develop even further with the bright minds of the future.

Tulsa, OK

DCS set up an office here in late 2017 in order to better support our rural carrier partner program and head our CalAmp distribution sales.

Calgary | Alberta, Canada

First launched in 2010 our office in Calgary now oversees the sales of our Telit Module Business.

Bentonville, AR

Located just in 2018 our Bentonville office heads the support of our distribution sales.
